We dispatch supplies from Swansea to addresses across the United Kingdom. Overseas delivery is not offered at this time.

Estimates start from dispatch and exclude bank holidays. We will confirm dispatch by email with any tracking details.
Ordering right now
Online checkout is being connected to a payment provider — payment provider pending. No payment is taken and no card details are collected on this site. To reserve items in the meantime, email support@enterprisepet.shop and we will confirm availability, delivery and how payment will be arranged once checkout is live.
Returns
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return an item.
- Send it back unused and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us.
- Include your order or enquiry reference so we can match it quickly.
- Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you; for faulty or incorrect items we cover it.

Damaged in transit
If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us a photo within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
