Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work with ENTERPRIZE PET SUPPLIES LIMITED. It sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which are not affected by anything here.
Current status
Online payment is not yet enabled on this website — payment provider pending. No payment is taken and no card details are collected here, so there is nothing to refund for online orders at this time. Once checkout is enabled, the terms below will apply.
Supplies
- Change of mind. You may cancel a supplies order within 14 days of receiving the items and return them unused, in their original condition, for a refund of the item price.
- Faulty or incorrect items. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
- Hygiene items. For reasons of hygiene, opened or used items such as bowls and towels can only be returned if faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or evidence of return. See Shipping & Returns for how to send items back.
Credits and plans
- Kit credits are consumed only when you save or download a board. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- The Coastal Plan can be cancelled at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not charge for renewals you have cancelled.
These paid features are currently available to register interest only and are not payable until a payment provider is connected.
How to request a refund
Email support@enterprisepet.shop with your order or enquiry reference and a short description. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two working days.
